Floor and wall systems

Lightweight, strong, durable, fast and easy to erect.

Wall systems in a 2 storey building

On large buildings can be lifted up on pallets and assembled and erected on floor

Exterior walls on a 3 storey structure

Steel framing can be used in either 90mm for low height or single level walls or 140mm for higher or multilevel walls in buildings and is perfect for construction in multilevel buildings. No chemical treatment for exterior walls and no rot as in the leaky buildings.

Materials ready for assembly

Steel framing materials can be shipped in containers overseas or on pallets locally and can be assembled on site with local labour. This is great for use overseas such as the Pacific islands and in areas where access is difficult.

Materials rolled on site

The steel frame rollformers are portable and can be shipped to sites or in fact up levels in buildings and can be used to rollform on site. This is especially good for buildings or sites where there is difficult access for transport or in fact in multilevel existing buildings where access is only possible via lifts.
 

Floor systems

The 140mm steel floor framing system is the easiest floor system to erect saving time and money. It can be rated to 3kpa and has an approved fire rating system in commercial buildings. It is perfect for factory and commercial buildings for mezzanine or upstairs offices.
